How do I open VaultWare?

To open the VaultWare Control Panel, look for the VaultWare padlock icon in your system tray in the lower right hand corner of your screen by the clock. Sometimes Windows hides the icon, simply click on the arrow to show all of the icons in your system tray.

Then click on the green arrow in the popup window.

3. VaultWare Initial Setup

Important: You must complete the VaultWare Software Installation and Register the Installation before you can proceed with these instructions

If the VaultWare Initial Setup step needs to be completed, VaultWare will prompt you with this alert.

VaultWare has partnered with Grace Hill to provide you with a free, interactive, online-training course to assist you with completing the one-time, initial setup process at your community.

Instructions on how to access VaultWare training on Grace Hill can be found in the "Help" tab in the VaultWare Control Panel. Look for "VaultWare Online Training Course Instructions."

If VaultWare has already been set up at your property or you are reinstalling VaultWare on your computer, congratulations you are done installing and registering VaultWare.
