2. Register Your VaultWare Installation
Important: You must complete the VaultWare Software Installation before you can proceed with these instructions. You will need your company's RDTID to complete the VaultWare registration.
After installing the VaultWare software, a window will pop up on your screen to let you know that you can now register the software. Simply click on the register now button in the pop-up window and:
- Enter the information requested on the form.
Your RDT ID should have been provided to you prior to installation. If you can't find your RDT ID please contact support.

- Select your property from the list.
(Unless instructed otherwise by your RPM or Corporate office, you should only select your property.)

Important: Please make sure to only select your community during the property association step if a list of properties for your company is presented. Only users with a need for access to multiple computers, such as a regional manager or corporate user, should have (or even want) access to other properties.
If VaultWare has already been set up at your property or you are re-installing VaultWare on your computer, congratulations you are done installing and registering VaultWare.
However, if this is the first time VaultWare has been installed at your property you will be prompted to complete the VaultWare Initial Setup.
