Realty DataTrust Names General Manager for New Apartment Market Trends Division

Scottsdale, Arizona, June 17, 2008 -- Realty DataTrust, makers of the VaultWare™ online leasing solution, today named Bob Keator, former Vice President of Marketing for Lane Company as General Manager for its new company division, PadZing.com. PadZing.com is currently in beta and when launched later this year, will be the first multifamily resource for comprehensive market trends data with customized Microsoft® Virtual Earth™ mapping tools.

Leading this new division for Realty DataTrust, Bob will be responsible for launching PadZing.com to the multifamily industry to help strategists and industry leaders assess current market trends and compare the performance of communities. While at Lane Company, Bob led both corporate marketing initiatives as well as property management marketing and advertising efforts. Prior to Lane, he held senior marketing positions with Colonial Properties Trust and Equity Residential.

As the industry's first up-to-date source designed specifically for displaying real-time leasing data, PadZing.com was designed to revolutionize how property management professionals perform their competitive analyses, whether in asset management, acquisitions, development, operations or property management. Apartment managers and trend watchers will find PadZing.com to be a unique resource to see current information, and in helping them make sound business marketing decisions.

"PadZing.com is something I envisioned over 20 years ago when I was with CB Richard Ellis and I was looking for a way to easily demonstrate to my clients how rent comparables affect value," said Mike Mueller, CEO of Realty DataTrust, creator of PadZing.com. "Today technology has finally caught up with that original vision to make PadZing.com a reality. Real estate is about location, location, location, and PadZing.com is the first tool in the multifamily industry to illustrate that spatial relationship between a property and the market."

Mueller continued, "That's why we've chosen a multifamily leader like Bob Keator with his depth of understanding within our industry to help us launch PadZing.com. His knowledge and leadership will help us provide to the industry for the first time a solution that gives real-time visibility into what is truly happening in today's market."
